outdoors, eating only natural products such as grains, legumes and alfalfa.
The slow growth of the heads takes place without growth stimulators and drastically reducing the use of medicines during the phases
breeding.
A company with a closed supply chain: from the seed that will become the cereal for feeding the animals, up to their preparation and cooking, with a
guarantee of traceability.
Founded in the late 1980s with the aim of marketing live poultry, Scudellaro today offers a range of dishes based on poultry meat to meet the needs
of the market: Gallina in Saor, guinea fowl and goose ragù. and the Chicken and Capon Tuna.
