Curiosity | The Alta Langa dairy is situated in Bosia, between Alba and Cortemilia, and has taken it's name from Alta Langa Piemontese, still today a very green area. The cheeses are produced using traditional local recipes, maintaining the natural way of cheese making without adding conservatives or colorings |
