The Azienda Agricola Scudellaro, located in the heart of the Bassa Padovana, has decades of experience in the poultry sector. First of all, a breeder, Scudellaro puts the health and welfare of animals first: chickens, hens, capons and other poultry are free to live outdoors, eating only natural products such as grains, legumes and alfalfa. The slow growth of the heads takes place without growth stimulators and drastically reducing the use of medicines during the phases breeding. A company with a closed supply chain: from the seed that will become the cereal for feeding the animals, up to their preparation and cooking, with a guarantee of traceability.
