Why we chose them
Eli Prosciutti was founded in 2004 by Dalla Bona family, who is involved in the food industry since 1950 producing Grana Padano and Parmigiano
Reggiano. Parma ham production plant is in Traversetolo, Parma and produces about 75.000 raw ham per year. Hams are the result of a careful and
slow traditional processing taking place in a modern structure. Today the company is managed by Elena Dalla Bona, with the aim of maintaining
unchanged the level of artisanal production and the quality of raw materials
