Why we chose them
An ancient oil mill in one of the many small Ligurian villages exposed to the sun, dominating the sea, where the inhabitants cultivated the olive
tree, working in a difficult soil where the earth mixes with the stone and the olive harvest is done exclusively by hand, bent under the branches
of trees. This is how Frantoio Bianco is born, an artisan company from which has been producing oil and preserves for five generations, using
exclusively the Taggiasche olives coming from owned olive groves, in the Impero river valley, where the Bruna family has over 12.000 trees, of
which about half organic certificates and the other ones in conversion
