Meggiolaro is a small artisan, family-owned company, specialized in the production of cooked and roasted meat. The history of Meggiolaro company began in 1978 when Nello opened his first laboratory and started cooking and experimented on new ideas. An adventure that began with his wife Marina, with a small handcrafted production of high-quality products, which immediately became a benchmark in the industry. During the years they created and improved their first recipes, characterized by a slow natural cooking at low temperature without using any additives and preservatives. Today the company is managed by the children of Nello, Alessandro and Gessica, maintaining the family tradition that made the product unique and appreciated throughout Italy.
