The producer
Queserìa Cultivo - Madrid - Spain
Why we chose them
Producer, selector, refiner and cheese shop. Queserìa Cultivo represents all these things together; a very dynamic company with a philosophy that
we liked right from the start: telling about cheese and its culture, promoting its consumption, defending the Spanish dairy heritage with its values and
arousing curiosity towards international cheeses.
The Queserìa Cultivo has a wide and selected range of Spanish cheeses that derive from the close collaboration with small artisan producers from
which you buy mature cheeses, but also "white" cheeses to be refined in the cellars Cultivo, located in different parts of Spain, where they are also
carried out real productions.
Cultivo has four stores in the capital Madrid: well-kept shops where a young but well-prepared staff tells the wide selection of cheeses Cultivo
defines 'quesos con rostro' that is "cheeses that have a face".
