Curiosity Frico made with potatoes is a deeply characteristic dish of Friuli Venezia Giulia region, only few ingredients are used but it is rich in flavor and territoriality
Our selection The producer of this frico intends to give value to some local preparations of the region, from their traditionality to the raw materials. Fabris does not use already made ingredients: the cheese is self-produced and the potatoes are worked when fresh and are grown by local farmers
Suggestions Warm the frico in a non-stick pan without adding any oil until it starts melting, or microwave outside of the pack for about two minutes

Why we chose them
The company inaugurated its new plant in Bertiolo, in the province of Udine, just a few months ago. The Fabris brothers, Claudio and Roberto, decided after two years of intense "courting" to join the Valsana team with the introduction of a product line based on Frico and Polenta, two local Friulian productions of great excellence. We are thrilled to have them with us!
