Description | Tolosa geese fed only on grass and corn, no animal flour, bred estensivly, without chemicals except for the regular vaccinations in the first few days of life. During the 3 weeks prior to slaughtering the geese are force fed 3 times a day on a mixture of water and corn to help their livers swell until they reach the weight of 1kg. |
