Why we chose them
The Cooperativa Formaggi di Sesto Pusteria Srl was founded in 1926 by 47 farmers from Sesto Pusteria, with the aim of working and marketing milk
in common, which comes in large part from very steep slopes of Sesto, in order to obtain a better profit and at the same time prevent the
abandonment of mountain farms. The quality of the milk and the long experience are the basis of their South Tyrolean specialities. Caseificio Sesto
produces various types of cheese according to ancient recipes and traditional craftsmanship, using controlled milk and fresh day. One of their most
