TASTE, the most lively italian event dedicated to the food excellencies, is back!
Last year we brought with us a selection of Pecorini "fermier"; this year we present another interesting project that we really care abuot: the Alpage Cheeses!
We will be at the stand B/29 with eight cheeses produced with raw milk, during the summer, in the alpine pastures, with traditional techniques: Castelmagno DOP d'Alpeggio, Fontina Valdostana DOP d'Alpeggio,Formai di Mut DOP Alta Valle Brembana, Storico Ribelle, Bagoss di Bagolino, Vezzena di Lavarone di malga, Asiago d'Allevo DOP stravecchio and Monte Cesen stagionato.
Join us in Taste Firenze - Leopolda Station, from march 10 to 12 at the stand B/29.
